By making a donation through the IVS website, the donor confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, as well as IVS’s Security, Privacy & Compliance Policy.

These documents collectively govern the use of the donation page.

All donations made to IVS are:

• Voluntary gifts, given without expectation of goods, services, or preferential treatment
• Intended to support IVS’s academic, financial assistance/scholarship, and institutional development initiatives

IVS reserves the right to allocate donations in accordance with its institutional priorities, unless a specific purpose is explicitly stated and accepted by IVS.

By making a donation, the donor represents and warrants that:

• They are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement
• They are authorized to use the payment method provided
• The funds being donated are not derived from any unlawful activity

IVS reserves the right to refuse or cancel a donation at its discretion.

• All online donations are processed through Habib Bank Limited (HBL)’s secure payment gateway
• IVS does not collect, store, or process credit/debit card or bank account information
• Payment authorization and processing are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the issuing bank and HBL

IVS shall not be responsible for transaction failures arising from banking systems, technical issues, or third-party service interruptions.

The donor is responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the donation process is accurate and complete. IVS shall not be liable for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the donor.

Donations made to IVS are non-refundable.

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, such as:

• Duplicate transactions
• Technical errors attributable to the payment gateway

All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by IVS.

All donations to IVS qualify for tax credit under Section 61 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001.

IVS is certified as a Not-for-Profit Organization (NPO) by the Pakistan Centre of Philanthropy (PCP). Donation acknowledgements or receipts, where issued, are for record purposes only.

Personal information provided by donors is handled in accordance with IVS’s Privacy Policy. By making a donation, the donor consents to the collection and use of their information as outlined therein.

All content on the IVS website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of IVS unless otherwise stated. No content may be reproduced or used without prior written permission.

IVS shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from:

• Use or inability to use the donation page
• Technical failures or system errors
• Unauthorized access beyond IVS’s reasonable control

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi.

IVS reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the IVS website.

Continued use of the donation page constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
