Curated by Adeel Uz Zafar and Nurayah Sheikh Nabi, the exhibition centred on the theme of duality—as both method and practice. It explored how teaching, learning, and making practices converged, diverged, and overlapped within a shared creative and pedagogical space. Through a range of artistic investigations, the show reflected on how faculty at IVS navigated the complexities of form, process, and identity, in keeping with the curatorial note.

Probative Associations emerged from a collaborative process of inquiry and selection, with proposals invited from all permanent and visiting faculty, spanning emerging, early-career, and established practitioners.
